The project Chenot Palace Weggis consists of the refurbishment of the existing buildings – Schlössli (little castle), Altes Hotel (ancient hotel) and Adara (new building) – and the construction of new replacement buildings (wooden hotel complex, spa, offices, health and wellness). The overall project comprises 97 hotel rooms, 52 of which are situated in the existing building, and 45 in the new building. There are also 4,345 m² in the spa area, 989 m² for health and wellness, offices, lobby, restaurants and kitchens. The total floor area is 19,377 m², consisting of 9,527 m² in existing buildings and 9,850 m² in new buildings.
