The first phase, which has a gross floor area of approximately 48,510 square meters, includes the construction of a multifunctional building with operating rooms, high-care areas, a hospital pharmacy, and a rooftop landing pad for rescue helicopters. A further functional building will be constructed in the second phase. Expansion measures at the site also include reorganizing the energy supply and constructing a new energy supply facility.
