Between 2011 and 2015, the Luxembourg Financial Supervisory Authority (CSSF) built a sustainable office complex with 650 workplaces. In addition to technical issues, Drees & Sommer was responsible for budget and schedule stability of the innovative building. The building has modern offices, one underground and five aboveground functional areas. These include a cafeteria, a fitness room, a library, a conference area and underground parking. With extensive long-term local knowledge of the market, Drees & Sommer supported the client as project manager and was responsible for tasks including the organization of a competent project team as well as being a point of contact for technical issues.
