The GERBER opened in the center of downtown Stuttgart in September 2014. Drees & Sommer stood at the investor’s side throughout all project phases for this sophisticated new building. The projectmanagers supported the investor – Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG – with technical and economic construction consulting as well as risk and quality controlling, to ensure that all objectives were met during realization of the shopping center.
