The ‘grasblau’ office building is being built set back from Potsdamer Platz in Berlin and overlooking the Landwehr Canal. The building has a usable floor area of some 13,350 m², and a glass facade that provides an unobstructed view of the park-like grounds with mature trees in which the building is set.
