Electrolux France, Headquarter Saint-Denis

As under the framework agreement with Drees & Sommer Netherlands, the Dutch and the Paris team carried out a technical feasibility study, a tender for a general contractor responsible for the design & build process, the project and change management for the relocation of around 200 employees. For its new location in Saint-Denis, Electrolux France rented the last three floors of the "Portes de France" office building, which have been completely redesigned and renovated based on a performance description. One of the biggest challenges of the project, apart from the tight timeframe, was the structural and technical adaptation of the 7th floor with creation of a showroom for cooking classes and show-cooking events including also exposition space for Electrolux’s latest appliances.
