Havelpark Dallgow, Berlin

Drees & Sommer was appointed to consult on the revitalisation of the "Havelpark Dallgow" shopping center in Brandenburg's Havelland region. The reconstruction of the former hardware store into an attractive shopping destination included an extension of the shopping area, renovation of the extorior part and fire safety.

The project was successfully completed during operation within a construction period of 15 months.
