An architecturally attractive but aging office tower in Milan was acquired by our client SEB Investment GmbH and refurbished and converted into a hotel building between 2013 and 2014.

Managing the approval process for the change of use and the associated urbanistic measures were a particular challenge in this project.

The built-to-suit project was handed over to the hotel operator B&B Hotels in record time.
