Rhodania SA is the owner and developer of the Hotel Rhodania in the Swiss municipality of Crans-Montana, canton of Valais.

As part of Lindner Hotels (Schweiz) AG, the owner is developing a new hotel complex which consists of two apartment buildings and one hotel. Whereas the apartment buildings are already completed and largely sold, the hotel project is still in the early phase of construction of the structural shell.

The hotel will be a 5 star hotel and will be operated by a company from the Lindner Group. The project consists of 41 rooms with 2 penthouse suites, 2 executive suites, 10 deluxe suites and 27 suite rooms.

In addition to the main areas, the intermediate basement level (-0) contains a pool with spa and fitness area, as well as an independently operated restaurant. A shared underground car park is planned for the apartment and hotel guests, and the apartment section of the car park has already been fitted out and taken into service.
