The municipality commissioned Drees & Sommer Luxembourg for coordination and control in the context of project management. Furthermore, Drees & Sommer Luxembourg is responsible for quality management, cost management, and planning, and ensures the implementation of Lean procedures. The primary school rounds out the two existing buildings: the temporary structure and the high school.

The organization of the primary school is based on a functional diagram that takes into account both the construction program and the specific urban situation. The building is part of the school campus which serves as the transition between the city of Differdange and Parc de la Chiers.  The public and international primary school will accommodate 375 primary school students and 60 early education children. It will operate as a school on a full-time basis. Furthermore, there are plans to integrate the project with the Education and Care Service (SEA). Most of the classrooms as well as the auxiliary rooms and sanitary facilities will create a synergy between the school and the extracurricular care.

The project is slated for completion in December 2023.
