92 furnished 1-bedroom flats for Stuttgart: A modern residential building with 2,300 square metres of living space was built in a central inner-city location. The residential units on the 1,048 square metre property are equipped with high-quality built-in wardrobes, sofa beds and a kitchenette. There is also an office unit on the ground floor with approx. 330 square metres. Tenants have access to 31 car parking spaces and almost 100 bicycle parking spaces in the underground garage as well as two outdoor parking spaces suitable for the disabled. The property was built according to the KfW 55 efficiency house standard.
