NEW WORK SE had the aim of consolidating several locations in a prestigious new headquarters office. The challenging conditions of the Covid pandemic made it necessary to develop a new strategy for the future work environment. As more and more people switched to the home office, the amount of free office space increased. Old-fashioned open-plan offices were to be converted into flexible, modern creative spaces and project rooms.

With the conversion and refurbishment work completed, the flexible, modular furniture allows all the various environments to be customized. Those needing space for creative work can find a suitable project room. Employees can retreat to soundproof booths for confidential telephone calls, and state-of-the-art media technology is available for videoconferencing. The office also features a library, a fireplace lounge and a prayer room. And there are plenty of opportunities for recuperation during breaks. The spacious roof terrace can be used for open-air yoga and offers employees views over the city and harbor.
