Global medical technology company Olympus has had its new headquarters for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and for Olympus Deutschland GmbH – the Olympus Campus – built turnkey by investor Hamburg-Hammerbrook. Olympus has taken a long-term lease on a large share of the office space and underground car park, providing an attractive modern work environment for more than 1,200 employees. The remaining leasable area and parking spaces have been let to third-party tenants.

The new headquarters comprises an eleven- and seven-storey building with a three-level underground car park. In addition to state-of-the-art office space geared towards activity-based work, the part leased by Olympus features a company restaurant, a training center for the company’s medical equipment, a central conference area, and an indoor fitness area.
