Omnia Tower, Luxembourg

Situated on the right-hand side of the car park entrance to the Belval Plaza shopping centre, the new Omnia Tower houses a bank branch on the ground and first floors and 106 flats on the 14 upper floors. One of the challenges is that the tower rises above the Micheville tunnel, which provides the road link between Audun-le-Tiche (F) and Belval (L). Drees & Sommer is accompanying the project as part of the supervision of the execution for the Moreno Architecture & Associés S.à r.l. office.
