OurDomain Rotterdam Blaak is to be realized on one of the last pieces of building land in the inner city of Rotterdam, within walking distance of the public transport hub Rotterdam Blaak. The 24-story, 70-meter-high residential building in sturdy, robust Rotterdam reconstruction architecture will house 612 high-quality rental apartments, extensive services and amenities, a large green roof terrace, and a shopping space. More than 400 homes will have a basic rent below the liberalization threshold.

OurDomain is offering an all-inclusive, customized housing concept for students and young professionals. The studios and two-bedroom apartments have a living area of 18.5 m² to 53 m² and are both unfurnished and furnished. Additional services available to the community include common work and study spaces, lounges, a music room, cinema room, games room, laundry facilities and a large bicycle storage area, as well as innovative sharing services for home appliances and electric shared transport. On the roof there is a gym, a sky lounge, and a green roof terrace of 600 m² offering panoramic views of the Rotterdam skyline. The building also houses a barbershop and a restaurant with bar service that is open to the public.

OurDomain Rotterdam Blaak is an investment by the international developer, investor, and manager Greystar and has been developed by Stebru and BOAG (now Drees & Sommer Netherlands). Stebru was responsible for the construction, while Drees & Sommer, commissioned by Stebru, handled the process management and quality assurance during development and realization. Greystar will handle the operation and management of the properties.
