During an initial modernisation at the beginning of the new millennium, the building from the 1970s was already upgraded with a glass façade and rented to a single tenant. After the tenant moved out, the office building had to be repositioned in an extremely demanding market environment: Boulogne-Billancourt is considered a privileged and dynamic location, with industry and media preferring to settle in this business centre.

In the course of the revitalisation, the building was designed to be architecturally transparent throughout: The exciting interplay of internal and external references begins on the ground floor, and the rooms were given a new transparent quality as early as the entrance area. Both sophisticated and high-quality design details pick up on the straight-line basic structure of the building; the newly developed language of form and colour sets characteristic accents across all seven floors.
