181 subsidized apartments were built on a 9,600 square meter site in Cosimastrasse in Munich using hybrid-timber construction. The complex includes a common room, underground garage and day care center. The urban district is currently home to Germany’s biggest timber-built residential complex. Drees & Sommer services included project control throughout all phases and the development of the functional performance specification for the general contractor.
