In May 2005 Drees & Sommer was commissioned by the Berlin Volksbank in its capacity as lender with the controlling services to renovate and refurbish the Admiral Palace. An auditorium, studio and cabaret stage, amongst other things were constructed on a total area of 19,500 square metres.
