The new residential building has two full basement floors which are used as underground parking and 4 additional parking spaces on the -3 floor which are accessible via a "Combilift 542". The residents have access to their parking spaces on the first and second basement floors via a car lift. Drees & Sommer is supporting the client with project management and construction management.
