International cloud computing company ServiceNow was undertaking a state of the art fit out for its new 3,000m2 UK headquarters in Staines, Surrey.

The aim was to create a building that perfectly represented the businesses brand and ethos, as well as providing modern workspace for its staff.

Drees & Sommer UK was appointed to manage the design and fit out within a set budget and 16-week time frame.

As project manager, quantity surveyor and space planner Drees & Sommer was able to help deliver a building with a dynamic reception and client areas, break out space, meeting rooms and workspace – all within budget.
