At the Ditzingen site, which employs just under 2,200 people, the contract involves optimizing the use of space in the existing building based on requirements planning. This takes into account the need to adapt company processes and working methods. Drees & Sommer has been commissioned to carry out requirements planning, concept development, space planning, project management, and relocation management with an interdisciplinary team led by Marion Müller and Anna-Christin Staesche.
