Drees & Sommer provided technical support to Art-Invest Real Estate Asset Management during its acquisition of ‘The Metropolitan’ project development at the central station. We are very pleased both with the successful completion of the project and with the fact that we have been commissioned to continue providing construction project monitoring services to Art-Invest and STC until completion of the building in 2021.
