For the new location of the town council offices, Drees & Sommer was asked to advise the Swiss town of Zug on the different options with regard to facility management. After approval of a general approach, an operational management concept was drawn up for the building. It shows the operator’s structure and organization, describes the operational interactions, and defines and illustrates various operational processes for cleaning and maintenance, building management, logistics, and caretaking.
