Victoria Park / Minerva Park near Hamburg is the first industrial park in Germany to be awarded a Gold DGNB development certification. Drees & Sommer experts from Stuttgart and Hamburg supported the project developer during the process.

The industrial estate is being built on a site of some 60 hectares on the border between Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. The concept provides for modern commercial properties with green roofs and photovoltaic arrays in a low-emission, landscaped and architecturally appealing business park. In addition to new commercial space, the new district offers a range of attractions for the public – ranging from an intercultural garden, an orchard, a strawberry field and playgrounds to food & beverage outlets, shops and a hotel.
