The Viktoria Karree is a multi-use commercial complex with a total leasable area of some 37,000 square meters that is under construction right in the center of Bochum. On the two lower levels, new retail concepts with major tenants will enhance inner-city shopping options. There will also be a two-level underground car park with around 500 parking spaces that will be linked to the city’s underground car park system. The upper floors of the complex will provide flexible office space for multiple users with a range of requirements. Food and beverage outlets, services, a fitness center and a hotel round out the Viktoria Karree’s offerings.
