An existing office and canteen building on the ZEISS company site in Oberkochen has been converted into a modern exhibition, communication and conference center. The principal asked Drees & Sommer to join the project when it was already under way to undertake quality control and ensure that the targeted opening date was met. An additional challenge for the expert team was that ZEISS employees had to be able to continue using the adjacent central reception desk and offices during construction.
