The Vision Hub is a place where people can experience the future of modern work environments, from how they look to how they function. Rather than simply discussing workplace concepts, we make them visible, tangible, and interactive. Customers can use The Vision Hub to explore possibilities, validate ideas, and make more informed decisions before starting a refurbishment project or transforming their environments. 

At The Vision Hub, visitors can experience how space influences people, how technology enhances collaboration, and what new ways of working truly feel like. It is a place that inspires, provides guidance and clarity, and gives customers the confidence to take the next step.

This room is designed to support a wide range of flexible formats and incorporates high–quality presentation and audio technology as integral components of the space. The focus is on adaptability, both in terms of furniture and technology, with configurations that can be precisely tailored to different requirements and use cases. 

This room is designed to enable hybrid meetings at the highest level within a reimagined meeting environment. It supports seamless communication and collaboration between on-site and virtual participants, creating an equal experience for everyone involved. An innovative furniture configuration combined with ergonomically integrated technology reduces barriers to hybrid collaboration and enables a more natural, engaging meeting experience. 

As part of an ongoing research project in partnership with Stuttgart Media University, we are developing best-practice concepts for hybrid podcast spaces. Together with our internal podcast team and additional partners, we have iteratively developed and tested requirements and solutions for easy-to-use podcast rooms, with the results brought to life in these spaces.

This studio enables high-quality live streaming and content recording for a wide range of formats, including training videos, presentations, and learning sessions. The content can be easily shared with broad audiences, supporting effective knowledge transfer and collaboration. Professional formats can be created with manageable effort and intuitive technology. 

These “think tanks” are hybrid retreat spaces that demonstrate how open-space concepts can be successfully implemented in practice. By combining flexible layouts with smart technology, they create environments that encourage spontaneous collaboration and knowledge exchange.  

Making these spaces non-bookable is a key success factor for modern open-plan work environments. The design principles include enabling Microsoft Teams calls to be easily transferred into these spaces via USB-C connectivity and expanded with additional on-site participants. Modern camera systems, audio technologies, and thoughtfully designed furniture concepts create an atmosphere optimized for collaboration and communication. This approach ensures that all participants can contribute equally, regardless of whether they are joining in the room or remotely.

This is a space where the future takes shape. Combining a materials library with dedicated workshop and co-creation areas, it provides the ideal environment for collaborative workshops focused on designing and refining future work environments. 

The Concept Space fosters a culture of innovation whilst encouraging collaboration through hands-on exploration and new possibilities. It brings together a workshop environment and a materials library to support a holistic workplace design, creating the interface between interior design and technology. Through interactive workshops, we work with our customers to shape the workplaces of the future.
