The digitalization push in German companies is not over yet. While companies are also preparing for hybrid working, hygiene protection and "New Normal" in the medium to long term, the next innovation drivers are already waiting for floor space planners and IT, FM and workplace managers. From 2025, more than half of all employees will be "digital natives". These will have completely new requirements in terms of working methods and technology usage. The demand for traditional office workplaces will decrease by 10-20%. At the same time, the need for space for collaboration and exchange formats will grow.
