The company office has become just one of a variety of places to work from these days, but it has also become more important than ever, namely as a touchpoint with the brand and a filling station for emotions. This office has been designed entirely with the user in mind.
The space has the character of a small town, with neighbourhoods where people will run into each other and can catch up on the latest events. Libraries provide a place to concentrate while in the company of others, and studios are available for professional film recordings. And like any other town, there are green zones, sports facilities, and open spaces for creative use.

We defined four fundamental requirements that each of the workspace options needed to fulfil and assigned them to four separate typologies: standard, concentration, focus and refresh. Each typology is a different reflection of the company’s values and promotes diversity, sustainability and well-being.

We replaced territory with quality because everyone profits from shared places. The space, the light, the room to move, the facilities – everyone has access to them, whatever their job level. A task-based workspace? No problem. A coffee at the Meet-up Kiosk? Please help yourself.

The rooms, too, can be adapted to suit the moment’s requirements. There’s the right setting for everyone’s needs, be it a client meeting, a quiet place to concentrate or the opportunity to chat with others.

The office can make a valuable contribution to a healthy lifestyle by providing movement-promoting alternatives to being seated for long periods at a desk. So can fitting out the workplace with sustainability in mind, using genuine materials, incorporating sustainably manufactured products, and with an eye on the possibilities for their reuse and regeneration within a circular economy. This means that every element is perceived as a raw material that can be reused later on.

This home base for new work was selected as one of the 50 Best Workspaces 2022 and received a prize in two categories of the iF Design Award 2022. The New Work Hub, as we’ve named it, is not just a showcase, but a real, true – and now multiple award-winning – working environment.
