The Bedburger Höfe consists of a 30 hectare plot of unused land near the city's centre. In line with a potential analysis, experts from Drees & Sommer, along with the owner, planners and the city administration, developed a sustainable and economical concept for the area and certified it as a pilot project "Sustainable City Quarter according to DGNB".
