The Luxembourg laboratory for medical analysis "KetterThill" has created his main offices and laboratory space in a newly constructed building in Belvaux. Drees & Sommer provided the project management including coordination of interfaces with the landlord, assistance during the acceptance of the landlord's works, analysis of the lease and optimisation of the fit-out costs.
