The Archipel has been the VINCI Group’s new headquarters in the Parisian suburb of Nanterre since the end of 2021 and consists of 30 percent recyclable material in accordance with the strict Cradle to Cradle® (C2C) guidelines. This ambitious approach is in line with the high quality of working life and energy efficiency that the VINCI Group stands for.

The ensemble of five buildings has over 75,500 square meters of gross floor space, including offices and stores. Almost 4,000 employees of the concession, energy and construction company have been coming together there since the end of 2021—and benefit from the healthy materials in the workplace.

The Archipel is one of our Wall of Fame projects. These are projects that we are particularly proud of. They have not only helped our respective clients, but also us as a company.

Why Archipel deserves a place on our Wall of Fame

  • 30 percent Cradle to Cradle® Design for a workplace made of healthy materials
  • A dedicated connection to a new train station called “Eole” and around 90 planted terraces and balconies
  • A material library that contains all the C2C characteristics of the materials used

Added value

Expertise in C2C engineering

Services

  • C2C design of the building: 30% of the materials used are C2C or C2CEQ
  • Researching C2C alternatives during the design phase
