One of the tallest buildings in the city is taking shape at the Pragsattel: the Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart. The 90-meter tower with 25 above-ground floors will accommodate offices as well as a hotel on the upper floors. The Radisson Group is planning a hotel with 168 rooms, ten function rooms, a restaurant, a bar with a large roof-top terrace, and a fitness and sauna area. The Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart will also have an underground car park with 134 parking spaces. The first high-rise building developed by Porsche Design opened in Miami, Florida back in 2017.
