The existing building of the premium hotel Atlantis in the heart of Zurich has been thoroughly refurbished and enlarged by an additional floor and an underground garage. Today, the hotel consists of eight floors. In addition to the 87 rooms, guests will also find space for events, a restaurant floor, spa and fitness as well as various green areas. Drees & Sommer has supported the project with consulting services and management of the construction and commissioning.
