Kedali Germany GmbH is a manufacturer of precision components for lithium-ion batteries with headquarters in Shenzhen, China. The Chinese company has opened a new plant in Erfurt in the immediate vicinity of its customer.

The Drees & Sommer experts formed an integrated team and supported Kedali by providing a comprehensive service package covering various areas of expertise. This included comprehensive project management in three languages, building planning, building services equipment planning, structural engineering, fire protection concept, invitation to tender and contract award for construction services, and construction management.  The project started in August 2020 and was successfully completed on schedule in spring 2022.
