New homes for Berlin: Stadtgut Hellersdorf combines contemporary living, future-ready mobility, and high-quality urban design 

Stadtgut Hellersdorf is one of Berlin’s most significant residential developments, located in the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district. GESOBAU AG delivered around 1,500 new rental apartments across several development sites as part of the wider urban development project. Development Site 5 occupies the southern section and borders the historic, heritage-listed Stadtgut Hellersdorf estate. The project makes an important contribution to meeting Berlin’s urgent need for housing.

Development Site 5 provides 448 of the approximately 1,500 new apartments, including a student residence. A neighborhood parking garage complements the residential development, with an integrated mobility hub that brings together modern mobility options, and supports the site’s long-term development. Comprehensive infrastructure works accompanied the housing development, including the construction of three public roads, which were handed over to the district authorities.
