As part of the Elbe Bridge district development in HafenCity Hamburg, several detached building complexes are under construction at sites 113 to 116.

The buildings are designed with eight to 14 floors above ground and two or three basement floors in some areas.

As part of the planning process, a site investigation was commissioned. Due to the area's current use, the investigation will be carried out in two stages.

ADDED VALUE

  • Demanding and powerful water drainage due to proximity to the Elbe River and open construction method.
  • There is a high risk of flooding the excavation pit due to the relatively low flood protection target.
  • Several construction sites in the Elbe Bridge district are being handled simultaneously by a consortium of builders.

PARTIAL SERVICES

  • Building site survey
  • Preliminary pollutant investigation
  • Preparation of water law applications
  • Excavation pit management
  • North excavation pit
