From Day One, I had a sense of belonging and felt that I could approach any colleague if I had a question. I experienced this Dreso spirit during my training, and still experience it every day in my work as an assistant in the Smart Infrastructure team. A highlight in this regard was the 2020 Office Seminar – our virtual employee meeting, which was attended by 3,000 Dresos from all over the world! During my training as an office management assistant, I particularly liked the mix of working independently and as part of the team, the contact with customers, and the excellent opportunities for further development.
