With us, you can choose from various part-time arrangements, selecting the one that best suits your individual life situation.  

The contractual agreement for a full-time position is for 40 hours per week. Trust-based working hours means you take personal responsibility instead of clocking in and out. We give you the opportunity to arrange your working hours flexibly – in consultation with your manager and subject to legal requirements.  

Our in-house academy is a key element of our HR development program. In the ‘Dresos for Dresos’ program, colleagues pass on their knowledge in e-learning courses and during face-to-face and online events. Training is also provided by external trainers and coaches. You can the wide range of options to steadily develop your specialist and soft skills.

We promote part-time courses of study that combine theory and practice. Drees & Sommer covers a portion of the costs and supports you as much as possible during your academic studies.

Employees can access professional counselling by external experts on work-related and personal issues, if needed. This service is free of charge and anonymous on request.

Regular exercise keeps you fit and healthy. That’s why we reward Dresos who engage regularly in sporting activities – whether in a club or gym – with a health bonus.
