On 1 July 2020, BOAG Advies en Management Holding B.V. became wholly owned by Drees & Sommer SE. BOAG's 50 employees are being integrated into Drees & Sommer Netherlands, which also has a headcount of 50 people. The merger with an established consultancy and project management company like BOAG will strengthen Drees & Sommer's presence in the Netherlands and enable it to provide a wider range of services: particularly in the areas of education, healthcare, retail and residential construction. BOAG has worked on some impressive projects such as Amsterdam’s central train station, the high-rise residential block "OurDomain Rotterdam Blaak" and the nhow Amsterdam RAI hotel.

As of 1 July, Drees & Sommer Netherlands' new management team comprises Michel de Haan (CEO), Kurt van Dijk, Ton Heijmans, André Leeuwis and Johan de Vries.
