Office Buildings
Central workspace for the Siemens’ Leipzig branch
User-oriented office consolidation and successful management of construction site communication
Siemens’ Leipzig branch is entering a new chapter. Previously dispersed across multiple locations, workspaces have now been consolidated into a new five-story building covering approximately 8,000 square meters. The modern office accommodates 300 employees and provides valuable space for collaboration and focused work. Specially designed areas such as the reception, kitchenettes, and conference zones add character to the building, transforming it into more than just a productive workplace. Visitors experience the world of Siemens first-hand, while employees benefit from a functional and inspiring work environment every day.
User requirements at the heart of every decision
Drees & Sommer supported Siemens in consolidating its Leipzig locations into a modern new building – handling everything from the tenant fit-out to the relocation. As a reliable partner, we provided expert advice and construction management, coordinated user requirements, ensured quality and handled communication with the property developer. Throughout the project, we remained focused on aligning with a wide range of user requirements. At the same time, we consistently implemented Siemens’ corporate design with great attention to detail in the special areas of focus. Our flexibility and our holistic approach enabled us to successfully complete this demanding task.
