Germany’s Top 500 Commercial Real Estate Brands for 2017 have been decided: once again, Drees & Sommer has made it to first place as the strongest brand in the Project Coordinator category, thereby defending its industry top-dog position for the fourth year in a row. The company also achieved yet another impressive second place in the Real Estate Consultant category, holding onto that position for the third year in a row.
These awards are a way for the EUREB Institute to honour brands that succeed in distinguishing themselves from those of their competitors and play a leading role in the marketplace because of their professional brand leadership. Nearly 19,300 industry experts expressed their views in a representative survey this year on German and Austrian brands operating in the property sector.
