While real estate agents often include all vacancies in the portfolio, we check whether a property suits your office concept. Our user experience experts create initial scenarios for occupancy planning, while our technical building services experts [SM1] scrutinize the building services. If your requirements are not yet clearly defined, we will support you in analyzing your needs with customized workshops.
As soon as you have found a suitable property, we will support you in the technical lease agreement negotiations. We create a clearly defined tenant building specification that sets out the landlord’s construction requirements and the touchpoints that interface with your services. This approach creates clear and transparent conditions for the conversion phase right from the start.
After concluding the lease agreement, we manage the implementation phase until the handover to you as the tenant. We coordinate the discussions between the landlord, the trades involved, and your internal departments. In doing so, we ensure that the landlord fulfills their obligations and implements the tenant’s requirements.
