The Angela von Cordier Foundation realized the new construction of the St. Elisabeth residential park in Trier. Drees & Sommer supported the foundation with project management services and the takeover of project supervision. In addition, the selection of companies and the dispatch of tender documents as well as the evaluation of bids were coordinated. Drees & Sommer also supported the marketing of the rental units and controlled tenant management.
