In the context of Project Management, the project owner entrusts Drees & Sommer with the management functions for all those involved in the project. The project owner usually assigns the "delegable Project Management functions" to Drees & Sommer. In most cases, this is the case for more complex projects or when a project manager does not have the know-how or insufficient resources.
Together with the Project Management Office (PMO), we take on the overall management of the project with the client in integrated teams and ensure reporting throughout the project.
Using agile design processes, we manage the entire design phase, always keeping in mind the objectives of profitability and the search for the best solutions through the contribution of value engineering. Through our rigorous control, we ensure that costs and deadlines are met, while guaranteeing that quality is maintained.
Because, despite all these commitments, there is no such thing as a perfectly transposable project, we track any defects with the help of software specially designed for this purpose.
