During this stage, our teams examine the transferability of the various concepts (in particular their feasibility without disrupting the business), investment costs, operating costs, logistics and planning. Each scenario is subjected to a thorough economic analysis, including present value and financing tools (e.g. leasing, sale and leaseback solutions, stand-alone financing or loans). We synthesise all of these elements into readable, transparent documents that facilitate decision-making.

Our involvement does not end with the drafting of a concept. As part of the overall technical design, we draw up a precise schedule and guarantee the quality of the implementation through our Project Management experience. For all existing properties that are already occupied, we accompany the entire Change Management process right up to the move. If the property is to be rented out, we support the rental activity by setting up test areas and providing visualisation tools or specifications, etc.
