Our teams are made up of experienced engineers from a variety of backgrounds. They use the most modern tools at their disposal, such as BIM-compatible design interfaces, to design your projects and deliver them at the end of a seamless process ranging from tendering to object monitoring to building commissioning. We take care of all the coordination tasks between all the different trades, and provide facility management services from the design phase right through to operation.
Integrated construction management for fluidity
Nos experts établissent dans un premier temps le descriptif des performances, vérifient les groupes de coût et l’accordent à l’estimation des coûts préalablement établie. Dans un second temps, ils analysent les offres et émettent des propositions pour l’attribution des contrats.
Nous soutenons le maître d’œuvre et l’équipe en charge du projet dans le choix des meilleures offres en participant aux discussions relatives à l’attribution des contrats.
Suite à cette étape, nous procédons traditionnellement au suivi du gros œuvre, des finitions et des espaces extérieurs.
À la fin du projet, nous prenons également en charge le management de la mise en service que nous intégrons dès la phase de conception et au cours du chantier. Celui-ci se divise en trois phases : la mise en service, la réception et le transfert. Au cours de la phase d’utilisation, nous accompagnons également le Facility Management.
Parallèlement à cela, une équipe dédiée se charge de détecter tous les défauts d’exécution et en assure le suivi auprès des différents corps de métier. L’équipe chargée du contrôle du projet est présente dans tous les processus, au cours de toutes les phases, et veille au respect des coûts grâce à un suivi précoce et transparent. En l’alliant à une vérification du plan et à un contrôle de qualité tout au long de la construction, nous faisons en sorte que les risques liés au projet soient les plus bas possibles.
