After the relocation of the production site of the cigarette factory from Ettelbruck to the industrial zone "um Fridhaff", the old production facility is dismantled and the site is converted. A new office and shopping centre will be built at this location. The construction of a six-storey building with a gross floor area of approx. 32,000 m² is planned. The new building contains rental space for shops, restaurants, fitness and offices. Completion is scheduled for late 2023 / early 2024. The planning of the new building will be carried out according to the BIM planning method. Drees & Sommer has been commissioned with project management and BIM management.
