Your job family: Business Support

We organize day-to-day work activities at Drees & Sommer. We support the managers in their operational tasks and in strategically relevant projects. We act as the interface between management, internal specialist areas and external business partners. As a team, we plan, organize and coordinate appointments, meetings and business trips. Whether it involves meeting preparation or followup, events or projects, as all-round talents, we create presentations, evaluations and decision documents. Depending on our specialty, we are power users, key users, or presenter for internal training.

Team Assistance

As a team assistant, you coordinate and communicate, ensuring that team members’ tasks and projects are completed efficiently. When new colleagues join the company, you make sure that they are quickly and smoothly integrated into processes. Your help is also called upon when it comes to networking different teams and areas within the Drees & Sommer Group.

 

Project assistance

Working right in the middle of the project action, rather than on the sidelines: As a project assistant, you are fully involved and contribute to the achievement of project goals. You are the person who keeps track of things, even in difficult project phases. As an integral part of the project team, you are also an important contact for both customers and colleagues.

 

Executive Assistant

Can you save the world, perhaps? Or maybe just the next appointment or presentation, or address an unforeseen challenge during day-to-day work. You master all these tasks with flying colors by working quickly, flexibly and reliably, and always maintaining an overview. You undertake organizational tasks for your manager and have even complex topics under control. Coordinating appointments, planning an event or answering all kinds of queries – as an executive assistant, you enjoy working through the daily mass of jobs competently, efficiently and independently.

 

Advisor

Do you think strategically and like to work conceptually? As a personal assistant– for example for a regional office manager – you independently prioritize the concerns of third parties, bring various stakeholders together, and take personal responsibility for advancing special initiatives. You have a relationship of trust with your superior and develop information and decision documents for management.
