With more than 60 employees, Drees & Sommer Austria has been supporting private and public sector clients and investors in all aspects of real estate since 1991.

Well-known projects such as the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Gerngross City Center Vienna and the Norwegian Embassy Residence laid the foundations for long-term success at an early stage.

Since then, Drees & Sommer has successfully supported over 500 Austrian construction and real estate projects. In addition, the Drees & Sommer team has been able to take advantage of Vienna's strategically favorable location as a gateway to Eastern Europe and, as the Group's CEE Competence Center, regularly supports projects in Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Romania.

The company has particularly established itself in the areas of project management, project control, engineering, real estate investment consulting and technical due diligence, real estate & facility management consulting.
